1. Voluntary Donations

All donations made to Durga Foundation are voluntary. Donors are encouraged to donate after understanding the purpose and nature of our activities.

2. No Automatic Refunds

As a general policy, donations once made are non-refundable. This is because donated funds are promptly allocated to support ongoing programs and operational needs.

3. Refunds in Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Incorrect amount charged due to a technical error

  • Unauthorized transactions reported within a reasonable time

Any such refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, donors must contact Durga Foundation within 7 days of the donation date by providing:

  • Donor’s full name

  • Transaction ID / Reference number

  • Date and amount of donation

  • Reason for the refund request
